Most language schools will offer their own set-in-stone curriculum, designed to fit as many students as possible. This means that many students will not fit well with the course, and so if they learn, they won't learn the most that they could have from the course. And what about our teachers? We don't force our teachers to use our own curriculum (although we have resources available to them). We believe in fair compensation and fair treatment of our teachers - if our clients are happy with their teacher we like to renew the teacher's contract. We don't innundate our teachers with pointless communications - no corporate "newsletters", no HR breathing down your neck. We offer teachers the option of flexibility - we don't have make you sign a 2 year contract for a paltry salary, and we don't assign courses to you without making sure you're available first.
